Once upon a time, there was a person called Harry who was very impolite, so no one liked to play with him.

One day, God said, “Do you know why no one likes to play with you?”

“Why?” Harry asked.

“Because you are impolite. For example, when someone helps you with something you do not say thank you.”

“Why should I say thank you?” Harry asked.

God said, “Because if you say thank you, all the people will think you are polite.”

Harry tried to be polite to all of the people and the people liked to play with him.

Finally, everyone liked to play with him and Harry always said thank you.
