Dear Sir,

I’m writing to you about having more activities in my neighbourhood, Choi Ming Court.

I have been living here for seven years. I love it very much. There is a cycle track for people to cycle. Also, there is a basketball court for people to play basketball.

I have some ideas to make Choi Ming Court better. First, I would like to have an ice rink for people so they can skate. It will be good if there is a football field. Therefore, I can have a race with friends.
