Dear Mr. Leung Chun Ying,

I am a student in Tseung Kwan O. In my neighbourhood, we have a small swimming pool, a cinema, a park and a sports centre. However, I think we need two more facilities.

First, we need a Museum. We can learn some knowledge about science. Also, there is not enough number of science museums for the children. So I am sure that they will enjoy it very much.

The second facility is a big library because we can learn English by reading more English books. Also, we can have some lectures there.
