A long time ago, there were many monkeys in the forest. They loved playing and climbing trees. They loved eating nuts.

Cindy was different from the other monkeys. She collected nuts by hard every day and she stored them in one hole.

All the monkeys laughed at her. “Why don’t you play with us, Cindy?” they asked. “I am collecting nuts.” said Cindy. They laughed more loudly.

Winter was coming soon, but those monkeys were still playing. And Cindy was putting the nuts in the hole in order. Her hole was full of nuts.

Winter had arrived, the weather was very cold. Those monkeys were so hungry because they had no nuts to eat. Only Cindy had nuts. She shared her nuts to the monkeys. They were very pleased.

Spring had come, but the monkeys didn’t play. They started collecting nuts. They did not want to be in hunger again.
