Dear Mr. Leung Chun Ying,

I am writing to suggest two other new facilities in my neighborhood, Choi Ming Court.

In my neighborhood, there are different facilities like a shopping centre, a playground, many schools and a car park. Although the facilities are quite good for people, I think there is still room to improve. So I have two suggestions.

First, we can have a dinosaur museum. The people can learn more about dinosaur’s existence and the history there. Also, we can see some dinosaur’s fossil and bones.

The second facility that I would like to talk about is a water park. In this facility, we can play on the slide and the swing. We can go swimming there. That is very important for everybody because we can be healthier if we do more exercise.
