A Dog was carrying a piece of meat in his mouth. On his way home, he had to cross a river by a bridge. As he crossed, he looked down and saw his own image in the water. He thought that it was another dog with another piece of meat. He wanted to have that also. So he jumped into the Shadow in the water and opened his mouth to get another piece of meat. The piece of meat in his mouth fell out, dropped into the water and was lost. He had no meat eventually.

Moral: If you are greedy, you may lose all you have.
